Snehabhavan

Snehabhavan, which is inaugurated on the 17th of September 2026 is a Home for Children with Intellectual Disabilities. The admission is for Children with intellectual Challenges from the age group of 7 onwards. We have specially designed class rooms, Syllabus and trained Teachers to educate these Children. There are various activities to keep these Children occupied. In this section of Snehalaya, we admit Children with Down syndrome, Mental retardation, mild autism etc.

For Snehabhavan, Children with intellectual disabilities like Mental retardation, Down syndrome, mild autism etc are admitted from the age of 7. However, we do not admit children who are totally dependent as well as those who are hyper. A disability certificate from the District Govt Hospital is a must. An assessment team of qualified staff from Snehalaya will assess the students and recommend for admission if they are fit for Snehalaya or Snehabhavan.
